2004 was wrought natural disaster and the year end exposed us to the menace nature can pose unlike anything we've experienced to date.
It's been painful to witness the growing number of victims and the destruction day by day. Let's pray the world's coming together to aid the area leads the world in a better direction.

Our thanks to the many people who have already sent their thoughts and opinions. We have extended the deadline through the end of 13 January local time. If you have not already done so, we urge you to send us your opinions.
******* TurtleLive underwater camera back in action! *******
TurtleLive's underwater camera is finally back in action.
We plan to test it out for a while and if all runs well, mount it in place. The high school students operating the site are thrilled as well. Please visit and contribute to the community page.

The Think the Earth Project Website, which brings you the LiveEarth segment of the Nature Network Website, carries information about emergency relief for victims of the Indian Ocean tsunami.
